UPDATE 9/16/2025

In the attempt to begin requiring the CVV code for card payments, we encountered technical issues with updating our autopay system. With the new update, the CVV code will be required for all payments made on our automated system, SmartHub, and phone payments. However, our autopay system is still not registering the new update, which allows us to input members' CVV codes. This also affects updates on SmartHub. 

 

We have been working closely with our vendor and have been informed that an update is scheduled for October of this year to address this issue. 

 

At this time, there is no further action required by the member, and all autopay on file will continue to process as normal, without the CVV code. After October, members will be required to update their autopay if their card has expired or is no longer valid.
