Your Annual Meeting
Member meetings are typically held in March and April to nominate members to run for the Board of Directors. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, nominating meetings were not scheduled in 2021 and have yet to be determined for 2022. Should we cancel 2022 nominating meetings, nominations will be received via email by a Nominations Committee. Voting will take place by mail-in ballots, electronically and online.

Director Elections are NOW CLOSED and results are announced during the Annual Meeting.
