Your Annual Meeting

Member meetings are typically held in March and April to nominate members to run for the Board of Directors. Nominations will be accepted during the Nominating Meetings (TBD) and will be validated by a Member Panel for Director Elections. Voting will take place by mail-in ballots, electronically and online.

88th Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, August 3, 2024

• The 88th Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the New Beginnings Church of God in Meadville.
• The Annual Meeting drive-thru was open from 9 a.m. until noon. 
• The business meeting was open to the public and began at 11 a.m.

2024 Director Elections

Director Elections opened on June 4, 2024  for districts 3, 5, and 10, and closed on July 31, 2024.

Results were announced during the Annual Meeting.
