Northwestern REC has noticed a pattern of missing payments that were mailed to between July 26 and Aug. 7.

If you mailed your payment during this timeframe and do not see it applied to your account, we have not yet received your payment.

We strongly encourage members to use an alternate payment method. Options include paying online through QuickPay or SmartHub available on our website: northwesternrec.com, autopay, paying by phone at 800-352-0014, or paying in person at our office at 22354 Hwy. 86, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403. Our payment kiosk is open 24/7, and our office is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We recognize that many of our members are accustomed to paying their bills by check through the mail. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding, as mail delivery is outside of our control.
