To better serve our members, Northwestern REC will be performing routine system maintenance on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026 between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon. 

Maintenance will NOT impact electrical service but may impact members’ ability to log in to SmartHub or pay their bills online. 

If you need to report an outage while Smart Hub is down, please call our outage center at 800-352-0014.
