The SmartHub application has been recently redesigned. If you are experiencing problems connecting to your SmartHub account, try the following . . .
1) Use the following link: https://northwesternrec.smarthub.coop/ui/#/login
2) clear your browser cache:
- Clear browsing data from Settings
- Click 3 dots at top right of your browser.
- More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- Select Advanced and set Time range to All Time.
- Be sure to clear the following:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
Recommend clearing as much data as possible, but I know users do not always like to clear Browsing History, Passwords, etc.
