The SmartHub application has been recently redesigned. If you are experiencing problems connecting to your SmartHub account, try the following . . .

1) Use the following link:

2) clear your browser cache:

  • Clear browsing data from Settings
  1. Click 3 dots at top right of your browser.

  1. More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
  2. Select Advanced and set Time range to All Time.
  3. Be sure to clear the following:
    1. Cookies and other site data
    2. Cached images and files

Recommend clearing as much data as possible, but I know users do not always like to clear Browsing History, Passwords, etc.
