SmartHub Can Help

Dear Member:

We hope this message finds you and your family well. To encourage our members and our employees to remain safe during the pandemic, we have closed our offices to the public and are limiting face to face contact as much as possible in the field.

We wanted to take a moment to remind you that with our SmartHub application, you can access your account information both online or from any smart device. Through SmartHub, not only can you view and pay your bill, you can monitor your electric usage, report outages and even contact us directly.

To sign up for SmartHub simply click on "Login to SmartHub" on the menu above and follow the commands on the screen. You will need your account number.  You are also able to chat with a Member Services Rep. online anytime, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

If you would rather pay your electric bill in cash, you are able to use the kiosk in the front foyer or pay through MoneyGram at Walmart, CVS and Wegmans with receiver code: 15145.
